Benefits of drinking water for health



We all
have them know that our bodies are mostly filled with water then drink lots of water preferably mineral water

1. Drink 2 cups 30 minutes before a meal helps digestion is good,
2. Drink 1 cup after waking up to replace lost body fluids while sleeping
3. Drink a glass before bath help lower blood pressure
4. Drink a glass before bed can prevent strokes and heart attacks
5. And drink water after drinking juice, tea, coffee or soda to taste in the mouth back to normal
If the minerals in the body's water needs are met well and drink it effectively then we will rarely sick because your immune system becomes active so that areas of the bronchi (respiratory tube), gastric and intestinal mucosa difficult attacked by a virus or bakteri.Don 't forget , always drink mineral water
